Best ingredients, perfectly prepared, inspired by local and international cuisine – our dishes connect indigenous regional food with the extraordinary, savoury dishes with the sense for culinary lightness.

For our conference guests we especially also prepare fresh and healthy snacks, which make you fit for the next round of work and ideas.

Dip in to the culinary diversity of our high-class, but not detached cuisine and visit the “vaulted cellar” or the “castle tavern” for unforgettable taste experiences.

We would be happy to welcome you with an inspiring aperitif in front of our fireplace in historic atmosphere in the castle’s foyer. Depending on the time of the year enjoy your gourmet selection on our terrace, in the light-filled modern restaurant or our 1000-year old vaulted cellar.


Opening hours of our restaurant:
Tuesday to Saturday from 6 pm to 10 pm (kitchen hours form 6 pm – 9 pm)
Sunday and Monday: closed

Excluded from the times are groups and events according to prior arrangements as well as events listed on the event calendar of Schloss Eyba.

The proposal of our dishes is subject to change depending on the availability of products on the market and in season.
